European citizens should know and tolerate each other as they are in the same European family. The best way to achieve it is to work together on subjects that concern everybody in Europe, even the whole world. We believe that our cooperation will help our teachers, students and their families to learn to accept our partners’ culture, religions and habits.

Our schools will have a chance to share new and innovative methods of teaching and learning from our partners. we will enlarge our schools’ potential in new teaching resources, didactic materials. Our teachers and students will have a chance to strengthen their motivation to learn real foreign languages and understand their importance, ICT tools, as facebook, e-mail, Skype, video conference, virtual mobility, eTwinning.

The objectives of “European Cultural Ambassadors” are

– To provide students with new competencies and skills to take an active citizenship role in European contextT

– To step into the role of a contributor on chosen topics in a multicultural community and teamwork

– To use networking with peers for vital communication

– To be creative and innovative in cross-cultural working teams

– To get a wider horizon for decisions to make in one’s further life by including the experiences from the project work and the life style and new contacts abroad.

– To become aware of national and European heritages and to use the authentic knowlegde of cultural diversity actively in the school work and real life

– To provide teachers and schools with new knowledge and experiences to improve teaching and learning methods

– To improve personal skills to ease communication across borders, such as intercultural and language skills

– To learn good practices from students and teachers of other European countries

The school partnership’s work brings students together in multi-cultural teams and offers them training and learning of the necessary tools, methods and attitudes to stay good cooperators and friends on distance and to shape a network for the future with their mates from other European schools by the together learning experiences in the project.

The strategic school partnership approaches cooperations with partners from outside of the school organizations in it’s

learning, teaching and training activities and gives students an insight into and an experience of the necessary techniques, contact formats, dialogues and commitments to make, to build further on working relationships with partners and stakeholders with interest in the young generation’s future.

The project “European Cultural Ambassadors”, as the strategic school partnership which it is, forms the framework for the partner schools to develop their pedagogical approaches and methods for the needs of an education for the future and for better benefits for the student. Schools and teachers experience, that the old ways they know of, to improve their students’ skills and knowledge acquisition not longer are sufficient. The educational system is forced to move towards the circumstances, the society and technological development offers for a wider practice of knowledge achievement and exchange. National curriculums are undergoing changes according to the overall noticeable presence of multicultural aspects in a globalized world.
